How can we help?
Something not working, a question about your circle, or a request about your data — we read every message.
Email: info@myfaithjourneyapp.com
We reply within two business days, usually sooner. If you are reporting something urgent about a member’s safety, put URGENT in the subject line.
How do I join a circle?
Someone in the circle gives you its invite code. Open the app, choose to join a circle, and enter the code. You do not need an account, a password, or an email address to start.
How do I start my own circle?
Open the circle switcher at the top of the Home screen and create a new one. You become its leader, and you can invite people by sharing the code the app gives you.
Are my private prayers really private?
Yes. Private prayers and unshared journal entries are visible only to you — not to your circle and not to your leader. Walking-partner conversations are visible only to the two people in the pair. Leaders cannot read either one. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I turn off notifications?
Every category can be switched off individually in the app’s notification settings, or you can turn them all off in your device’s Settings app.
How do I leave a circle?
Tap the groups pill at the top right of the Members screen, then choose the circle you want to leave.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Members screen and scroll to the bottom, where you will find the option to delete your account. It asks you to confirm twice, and nothing is removed until you do. This permanently deletes your profile and everything you have posted, and it does not affect your Apple account. If you would rather we do it, email us and we will remove your profile and content within 30 days.
I found something inappropriate in my circle
Every post has a report and block control. Reports come straight to us and we aim to review each one within 24 hours. You can also block a member so you stop seeing anything they share.
Before you write in
If something is behaving strangely, it helps to tell us your device model, whether you signed in with Apple, and roughly when it happened. It usually saves a round trip.
